Raffle Rules & Details

How To Enter

  • Complete the raffle entry form that can be found at Booth #A19  (one entry per person).
  • For additional entries, tag GQR on LinkedIn and use the hashtag #GQRworkday, #GQRWDRising or #GQRunicorn.
  • Entries received before 4:00 PM will be included in that day’s drawing.
  • You must be physically present at Workday Rising in San Francisco to be eligible. 

Location & Time

  • Raffle drawings will take place LIVEat Booth #A19 at 4:00 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday during Workday Rising.

  • Winners will be announced on site and posted to our social channels.

Rules & Eligibility

  • One prize per person. Winners are not eligible for multiple prizes and will be removed from subsequent drawings.

  • If you’re not selected on Tuesday, your entry automatically rolls over into Wednesday’s raffle.

  • Winners must be 18+ and have attended Workday Rising.

  • GQR employees are not eligible to participate.

Prize Collection

  • Tuesday winners: must collect their prize by Wednesday at 12:00 PM.

  • Wednesday winners: must collect their prize by Thursday at 10:00 AM.

  • Winners not present at the drawing will be notified by email and will have until the listed deadlines to respond.

  • Can’t pick up in person? Our team will ship your prize to your home address.

Do I have to be present at Booth #A19 when the winner is announced?
No. Winners will be announced live, but if you’re not there, we’ll notify you by email. You will have until the deadlines listed above to claim your prize in person.
How do I increase my chances of winning?
Tag GQR on LinkedIn and use #GQRWDRising, #GQRUnicorn or #GQRWorkday to earn additional raffle entries.
Can I Win More Than One Prize?
No. Each participant is eligible for only one prize. If you win on Tuesday, you’ll be removed from Wednesday’s draw.
What happens if I don’t collect my prize by the deadline?
If a prize is unclaimed by the deadline, it will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
Can Prizes Be Shipped Internationally?
Unfortunately, shipping is limited to the United States.
How are winners chosen?
Winners are selected randomly using a secure digital raffle generator, with results announced live at Booth #A19 and subsequently posted to our social media platforms.
